Quality Assurance

We want to assure all of our customers, that use our products, that we design and manufacture products to meet or exceed exacting standards.

Included in these standards are requirements and restrictions such as those for lead and other heavy metals in materials, and the use of plastics that do not contain certain phthalates.

It is important that when you purchase a baby bag, you have the peace of mind knowing that it is designed and manufactured to last more than a few months.

Which is why we stand by the quality of our manufacturing standards by offering a 2 year replacement warranty on our bags.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We will replace or exchange the product, at our expense, should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) occur within the 2 year period from date of purchase (within Australia). We will need to evaluate the defect, so please email us at customercare@gr8x.net so as we can advise you of the next steps.

Terms and Conditions:

• Please note proof of purchase is required as part of our warranty process.
• This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with the product’s care instructions, accidental damage, misuse and normal wear and tear.
• If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective product or accessory will be replaced. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date ie. 2 years from the original purchase date.
• Clearance and discontinued items will not be covered by our warranty.
• Please note that accessories are not covered by this warranty, please view product packaging prior to purchase.

The replacement or exchange will be at the discretion of gr8x following the evaluation of the product. Your complete satisfaction is important to us and we want your product choice to exceed your expectations.

In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect product, please let us know immediately for exchange at our cost. Please ensure the product is returned in the condition in which it was received.
